#WellnessWednesday – Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, ladies and gents. I hope your holiday was everything you hoped and dreamed it would be! Mine was delightfully low-key, and so far 2016 has been very good to me. I hope you can say the same!

To start the New Year off right I’ve decided to start a weekly roundup of my favorite health and wellness inspired posts to share with you! Maybe some recipes, workouts, meditation tips, parenting hacks…anything that I think makes me better off and, ultimately, makes you better off, too!

I’m always on the lookout for a quick and healthy dinner and these Chicken Taco Chili Stuffed Peppers from Skinnytaste fit the bill! They are packed with protein and avacado adds in those healthy fats we all need (and love). These would make the perfect dinner with a nice southwest side salad dressed with cilantro and lime.

How about a nice ab workout to get you going today? If you don’t know Cassey Ho, you should! Blogilates is a great resource for fun workout videos, recipes, and motivation. This ab workout is killer, and I love to hate it already.
