6 YouTube Yogis You Should Be Watching

Yoga is an incredible practice that can be quick, convenient and have a lasting impact on your day. Yoga can give you that bit of relaxation and muscle tension release you need to get through a tough day at work or a tough day at home with your kids. It doesn’t need to be a tough day to enjoy yoga, though! You can access a number of free, online yoga workouts on YouTube from some outstanding instructors! Let’s take a look at a few YouTube yogis you should be watching:

Yoga With Adrienne

Yoga With Adrienne
is a yoga channel that offers a number of relaxation techniques beginning with a yoga orientation and a three-day regimen to help you accept, create and embrace yoga practice. Adrienne is perky and lovely and makes each workout with an intention in mind. She makes yoga accessible for beginners and more experiened yogis alike. The tagline for the channel is “find what feels good” and the channel posts new yoga episodes every Wednesday.

Yoga HouseYoga House

Yoga House is another great channel for Yoga enthusiasts who are interested in videos on YouTube. The channel offers a number of Yoga resources including videos about yoga asanas, yoga exercises, yoga styles and specific yoga poses. The channel features yoga for both beginners and advanced yoga students.

Fightmaster Yoga

Fightmaster Yoga exists to make yoga accessible to the masses. The channel’s mantra is to “love yourself” and their available resources help you do just that. Fightmaster yoga offers the 30-day challenge for yoga beginners and a 90-day fix for those who really want a workout  – both of which are exception programs! The channel posts new videos every Monday, so it’s simple to begin your week on the yoga mat.

SarahBeth Yoga

The SarahBeth Yoga YouTube channel offers a number of yoga and health resources. The yoga channel has Monday-through-Friday yoga resources and includes Vinyasa, Hatha and restorative yoga. SaraBeth provides resources for how to help with neck and shoulder pain, ulcerative colitis and sciatica. SarahBeth is incredibly insightful and the channel also focuses on offering yoga, health, meditation and vlog resources.

FreeYogaTV With Stephen

FreeYogaTV With Stephen offers mediation on Sundays and new yoga classes every Friday. The channel focuses on helping people start yoga using these free resources. The videos are organized by beginner, intermediate and advanced. You’ll also get a free yoga vlog and a pose breakdown that helps you learn the ins and outs of yoga practice.

Strala at Home

Strala at Home is a yoga YouTube channel hosted by well known yogi Tara Stiles. In addition to yoga, the channel offers tips and information about style, health and wellness, and other health-related topics. The channel separates yoga into sections such as get flexible, get strong, get calm and bedtime. It also offers a number of videos with eating tips. The videos range from about five to 15 minutes and cover a number of topics to appeal to anyone.

Even if you are on the go, you can be accessing a variety of yoga resources online to improve your health. From short stretch sessions to longer advanced sessions, these yogis offer a plethora of yoga practices to suit any need.       Hey Rosebriars! I do all of these guys from time to time – but Adrienne is my favorite, too! “Find what feels good” is my favorite way to approach yoga, so she just kind of speaks to me in that way! Heh. Thanks for stopping by!
